Scheduling an Absence

At Align, we offer the courtesy of make-up classes to accommodate changing schedules, vacations, and illness. Scheduling your gymnast's absence in advance allows others to schedule make-up classes in those slots. We appreciate you making sure our absence and make-up class system is accommodating to everyone by scheduling in as soon as you know your gymnast will miss class!

To receive a make-up token, absences must be reported as follows:

Planned Absences

• Schedule the absence in the Parent Portal at least 48 hours before class to receive a make-up token.

Emergency Absences

For illness, injury, or family emergencies:

• Email aligngymnastics@gmail.com within 24 hours of the missed class.

• Requests must be submitted by email. Phone calls, voicemails, text messages, or social media messages do not qualify.
