Scheduling an Absence
Navigate to the Align Gymnastics Parent Portal and log into your account
Select "Future Absences" for the gymnast you are scheduling an absence for. Absences for each student must be scheduled seperately.
Select the date you are scheduling the absence for. Other scheduled absences will also show below.
Select whether the absence is a multiple or single day.
Select the date of the absence.
Absences are sent to Align management to approve for application of a make-up token. Until the absence has been approved, it will show as "No" for excused.
Once approved by management, Excused will show as "Yes" and a make-up token will be placed on your account the day AFTER the calendar date(s) of the scheduled absence(s). If for some reason you do not receive your token, please contact us.
At Align, we offer the courtesy of make-up classes to accommodate changing schedules, vacations, and illness. Scheduling your gymnast's absence in advance allows others to schedule make-up classes in those slots. We appreciate you making sure our absence and make-up class system is accommodating to everyone by scheduling in as soon as you know your gymnast will miss class!
