About Make-Up Tokens:

• Make-Up Tokens

  • Make-up classes are not guaranteed and are approved based on class availability.

  • Make-up classes are not approved during the first week of a new session.

  • We do not exceed class ratios to accommodate make-up requests.

  • Available make-up spots are created only when other families schedule absences. If you don't find a class that works for your schedule, please continue checking the Parent Portal for newly available openings.

  • Tokens are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued.

  • Expired tokens will not be extended unless otherwise approved by management.

  • Make-up tokens are intended to allow your gymnast to attend an additional class. They cannot be exchanged for tuition credits, refunds, discounts, or future registrations.

  • Gymnasts must be actively enrolled to redeem a make-up token.

  Scheduling a Make-Up Class

  • Make-up classes must be requested through the Parent Portal.

  • Tokens must be used in the same program level as the gymnast's current enrollment (for example, a Junior Gymnast may only attend a Junior Gymnast make-up class), unless otherwise approved by management.

  • If a make-up request is denied (such as the class being full or requested during the first week of a session), the make-up token will automatically be returned to your account.

  • Once a make-up request is approved and the token is applied, it cannot be returned or reissued if plans change or the make-up class is missed.

  Program Exceptions

  • Competitive Team programs do not offer make-up tokens.

  • Tumbling classes do not currently offer make-up tokens due to limited programming and class availability.
