Scheduling a Make-Up Class

Navigate to the Align Gymnastics Parent Portal and log into your account

Select "Make-Up Classes" for the gymnast you are scheduling an absence for. Absences for each student must be scheduled separately.

Available make-up tokens will be listed with issue dates and expiration dates. Click "Request" for the token you would like to use.

Select the date you would like to check for make-up classes in. Classes with availability will populate below.

Gym Star Parents- Please make sure to check the ages of the class you are requesting. Gym Stars is one "Program" so all options will be listed.

Once requested, the make-up class will show up under "Enrollments" and will indicate that the class is scheduled as a make-up.

A confirmation email will be sent confirming that a make-up class has been REQUESTED. REQUESTED CLASSES MUST BE CONFIRMED BY ALIGN MANAGEMENT BEFORE STUDENT IS APPROVED TO ATTEND.

Once the class has been approved by Align management, you will receive another email CONFIRMING approval of the Make-Up class.

About Make-Up Tokens:

• Make-up classes are offered, but NOT guaranteed.

• Your gymnast must be ACTIVELY enrolled to schedule a make-up class.

• Make-up Tokens will remain on your account for 6 months. Unless otherwise communicated, expired make-up tokens will not be extended.

• Make-up classes will NOT be approved the first week of a new session.

• We will not go over ratio to accommodate make-up class requests.

• Slots become available as absences as scheduled. If you cannot find a day/time with availability, check back.

About applied Make-Up Tokens:

• Make-Up classes that are denied (class is full, requested during the first week of the session, etc.) will be returned to the account when the request is declined.

• Once make-up tokens are applied, they will not be returned due to scheduling changes. Please contact in case of last minute emergency (illness, family emergency, etc.)

• If the scheduled make-up class is missed, tokens will not be returned to the account.
