This beginner gymnastics class provides a foundational introduction to essential skills on the bars, beam, vault, and floor. Through a variety of stations and drills, students not only learn the gymnastics fundamentals and technique, but also enhance their physical abilities, including strength, balance, and form. As they engage in these activities, participants cultivate gross motor skills critical for executing techniques on each apparatus.

Class Information

• Gym Stars is a 1:8 ratio, 8 spots will be available in each class.

• Attire: Gymnasts are encouraged to wear leotards/athletic style clothing. Gymnasts with long hair should be it pulled back into a ponytail/bun. No necklaces, jewelry, socks, or shoes.

• Any late registrations will be pro-rated.
